I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Union Metro station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even offering a free upgrade to a better room. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. There were also supermarkets nearby, including a 24-hour one across the road. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including daily housekeeping and tea/coffee facilities. the staff made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel's best aspects were its cleanliness, convenient location near the Union metro station and shopping places, and the helpfulness of the staff members, particularly Fazan and security officer Steve. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also enjoyable.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were phenomenal, always ready to chat and provide helpful answers to all my questions. The customer service was top-notch, with two ladies in particular standing out. The Arabic girl did a great job, while the Asian lady went above and beyond my expectations. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with spacious rooms and good toiletries. I also appreciated the daily restocking of coffee and tea supplies. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and the Dubai Land Department. the cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff exceeded my expectations.
No complaints. The hotel provided a great experience with no issues.
