We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, from receptionists to bell boys, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The superior twin room was huge and spacious, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The hotel's location was perfect, being right next to the metro station in the Barsha area. This allowed us to easily access any part of the city. Additionally, having a supermarket and pharmacy right next door was extremely convenient. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff were the best aspects of our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing - very helpful and responsive to any requests or issues we had. In addition, the location was centrally located and easily accessible to public transportation. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, from the porter to the receptionist named Khaldoon. The breakfast spread was mouthwatering, with a wide variety of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, location. From my first encounter at the entrance, the staff was helpful and assisted me with directions to explore the area. The hotel is conveniently located near the Sharaf metro station, making it easy to access different parts of the city.
