We have been staying at this hotel for the past six years and it feels like a second home to us. The room ambiance is fantastic and the hotel staff have always given us a warm welcome. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center and the nearby Mall of the Emirates. The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long journey. The staff, especially Anikit at the reception, have been helpful and professional, offering excellent customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even let us have a free late check out. The location was convenient, with the Mall of Emirates just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is also located near a metro station, making transportation around the city easy. The shower in our room was absolutely amazing.
